Santa Ana, California, January 7, 2022— The Hispanic Arborist Association partnered with Pelican Rope to launch a new website for the organization. The new site is one of the first steps to increasing visibility and spreading the word about HAA’s mission.
For close to a decade, the Hispanic Arborist Association has been working tirelessly to make work safer for Hispanic tree workers while providing advocacy and resources. In addition to offering training regarding safety and advanced climbing techniques, the HAA provides certification classes. By providing literature and training in Spanish, the organization is helping to decrease language gaps that often impact Hispanic tree workers.
While the HAA has made many advancements already, it was time to take the organization’s online presence to the next level. Located in Orange County, California, Pelican Rope saw a redesign of the Hispanic Arborist Association’s website as an opportunity to help a worthy cause. Pelican Rope Works specializes in tree climbing ropes & arborist supplies, and because of this, the safety and well-being of Hispanic tree workers is a cause the company believes in.
Now that the new website has been launched, the future continues to look bright for the Hispanic Arborist Association. As an organization, the HAA will continue to provide seminars, host events such as climbing competitions, and fight for the safety and welfare of tree workers across the country.
